Our "Charlotte" rose is sporting green leaves and shows signs of growth during snowstorms at 0 degree F (-15 C) temperatures. We planted the rosebush late last fall, it started blooming in November and now we can't wait to see the splendor of it's bloom next summer.Tuesday, January 25, 2011
